Defeated defendant American Airlines’ motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s claim for rescission of contract

Entitled:  “How to Evaluate and Investigate a Plaintiff’s Discrimination Case”

Defeated UPS’s partial motion to dismiss parts of Plaintiff’s Age Discrimination lawsuit. Plaintiff permitted to proceed on all theories of recovery in federal court.

Kristng Case will be speaking on the subject of Bullying in the Workplace on March 21, 2013.
