With over 15 years of successfully litigating, counseling and guiding clients through the complex world of employment law, Ms. Case has earned a reputation as one of the most respected employment attorneys in Chicago.
Ms. Case has extensive expertise successfully leading clients through every aspect of their claim, from the initial filing and litigation to judgment. She has in-depth knowledge from years of bringing her clients’ cases before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights, as well as throughout the litigation process in both state and federal courts. Representing employees of all levels, including executives, expat employees, lawyers, physicians and academics, she has a proven ability to evaluate claims and identify a strategic approach to achieve the best result for her clients.
Due to her distinguished track record, Ms. Case has been recognized by Chicago Magazine as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer every year since 2010. Ms. Case is admitted to practice law in Illinois as well as Missouri and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Central Missouri State University and her law degree from the University of Missouri.
